The imagination is ever so amazing and our human creativity knows absolutely no limits.

When we actualize our ability to pull ideas out of the ether and manifest them into the physical world, it is one of the greatest joys we humans can experience.

The Human Condition: Give us a spark, turn us loose, and out of the miracle of human creativity something very special appears.

The biggest problem in delegation is conveying exactly what you want via and through another mind set and it helps to mutually understand the detail of what is at hand. Nothing is more true when it comes to technical issues. However, one does not need to become an expert to see it through impeccably, one must only understand it's limits.

When you challenge yourself to learn new things, you realize there are many more new things to be challenged that were not previously revealed to you.

At first glimpse, these things seem insurmountable and an enigma, then you embrace it head on, ask questions and do your homework.

Understanding another persons job is the key to delegation.
